How to delete your data from Courantly
You can stop Courantly’s access to your accounts and delete your data at any time. Choose any of the ways below — they work for Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and the other channels you connected.
1. Disconnect a channel in Courantly
- Sign in at https://app.agregator.az.
- Open Channels and choose the channel — for example, your Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn or TikTok account.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
Courantly immediately deletes the stored access and refresh tokens of the channel and stops publishing and collecting metrics for it. Where the platform provides a way to revoke a token (for example, X and TikTok), we revoke it there as well.
2. Delete your Courantly account
Open the Privacy center: https://app.agregator.az/settings/privacy and choose Delete account. For security, deletion requires a fresh sign-in. It is completed after a 14-day grace period, during which you can cancel the request; after that, your personal data is erased or irreversibly anonymised. In the same place you can first download a copy of your data.
To delete an organization entirely — with its brands, channels, drafts and the history of published posts — its owner writes to privacy@agregator.az from the owner’s email address.
3. Remove the Courantly app in the platform’s settings
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Courantly → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Courantly → Remove.
- Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → Courantly → Remove.
- X: Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → Courantly → Revoke app permissions.
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → Courantly → Remove.
- TikTok: Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security → apps and services with access to your account → Courantly → Remove access.
- Google (if you signed in with Google): https://myaccount.google.com/permissions → Courantly → Remove access.
When you remove the app on Facebook, Instagram or Threads, Meta notifies Courantly automatically: we delete the stored tokens of the channels you connected and create a deletion request with a confirmation code. For other platforms, our next request to the platform is rejected; Courantly then marks the channel as disconnected, stops using it and deletes the stored tokens.
4. Ask us by email
Write to privacy@agregator.az from the email address of your Courantly account, or describe which Page or account the request concerns. We confirm the request, complete the deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
5. Check the status of a request
If you received a confirmation code (for example, after removing the app on Facebook), open https://agregator.az/en/data-deletion/status?code=<confirmation code> or enter the code at https://agregator.az/en/data-deletion/status.
6. What is deleted and what remains
We delete the access and refresh tokens, the channel settings, the identifiers and names of the connected Pages and accounts, the platform identifier of the person who connected the channel and — when the account or organization is deleted — the identifiers, links and metrics of published posts.
Posts that were already published remain on the platform: you can delete them there. Minimal records that we must keep by law or for security (for example, that a deletion request was received and completed, without any content) are kept for the required period. Backups are overwritten automatically within a limited period.
